Terms of Use — KetoPulse Pro
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the KetoPulse Pro iOS application (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
KetoPulse Pro is a separate iOS application from the original KetoPulse app, with its own Privacy Policy and support channel; these Terms apply specifically to the Pro subscription-based application.
1. The service
KetoPulse Pro is a diet companion that helps you track macronutrients and ketogenic state. Insights and recommendations are generated by AI models and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional before making material changes to your diet, particularly if you have a medical condition.
2. Subscriptions and auto-renewal
Important — please read.
- KetoPulse Pro is sold via auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store.
- Plans available may include: Pulse Pro Weekly ($2.99/week) and Pulse Pro Annual ($69.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers). Current prices and durations are displayed in the App before purchase.
- Your iTunes account will be charged at confirmation of purchase, and again at the start of each renewal period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings.
- If you cancel during a free trial, you may lose access to features when the trial ends.
- Refunds for unused portions of a subscription period are not provided except where required by law; refund requests are handled directly by Apple.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the App or our backend.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
- One subscription per Apple ID. Sharing accounts is not supported.
4. AI-generated content
AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors. KetoPulse Pro does not warrant accuracy of macro estimates, ketosis predictions, or food recognition. You alone are responsible for your dietary decisions.
5. No medical advice
KetoPulse Pro does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The App is not a medical device. If you experience any symptoms of concern, contact a qualified healthcare provider.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its content, and all related materials are owned by KetoPulse Pro and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms. Active subscriptions purchased through Apple will continue to be governed by Apple's terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of KetoPulse Pro is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
11. Apple End User License Agreement
If your jurisdiction does not allow some of the exclusions above, parts of these Terms may not apply to you. As an iOS application, KetoPulse Pro is additionally subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
