These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the free KetoPulse: Keto Diet iOS application (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The service
KetoPulse is a keto diet companion that helps you log meals and track macronutrients and ketogenic state. Insights and recommendations are generated by AI models and are not medical advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional before making material changes to your diet, particularly if you have a medical condition.
2. Free app & Amazon Associates
- The App is free to use and does not require a paid subscription.
- KetoPulse participates in the Amazon Associates program and may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through links in the App, at no extra cost to you. This helps keep the App free.
- Any purchase you make on Amazon is a transaction between you and Amazon and is governed by Amazon's terms and policies, not these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the App or our backend.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
4. AI-generated content
AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain errors. KetoPulse does not warrant the accuracy of macro estimates, ketosis predictions, or food recognition. You alone are responsible for your dietary decisions.
5. No medical advice
KetoPulse does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and is not a medical device. If you experience any symptoms of concern, contact a qualified healthcare provider.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its content, and all related materials are owned by KetoPulse and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of warranties & liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the App is limited to USD 50.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this page. Continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of KetoPulse is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
11. Apple End User License Agreement
As an iOS application, KetoPulse is additionally subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
